DESCRIPTION:The Riverview Park Community Association Social Committee invites you to join us on Friday evening June 26 (which is also Bark in the Park night)  for an outing to see the Ottawa Titans at the Ottawa Baseball Stadium. Dog-owners can bring their canines to the game with them and there are all sorts of dog-themed activities at the Park. \nGames are played at the baseball stadium on Coventry Road. These events are fun for all ages (you don’t need to be a baseball fan or have a dog to enjoy the outing). \nThere is a special code of RPCA26 to get a discount. SUMMARY:RPCA Summer Festival and Movie Night
DESCRIPTION:Don’t miss this this year’s RPCA Summer Carnival and Movie Night – Ottawa@200 edition \nPlease join us for a special edition of the Summer Carnival and Movie Night at Balena Park (1640 Devon Street) in the heart of Riverview Park on Saturday\, 29 August at 6:30 PM. Enjoy fun for the whole family. There will be games\, ice cream\, popcorn\, a campfire\, and a screening of the Disney movie Zootopia 2 (movie will start around 8 PM). Rain date is the next day at the same time. Please bring your own chair or blanket\, as well as a food item for the Blair Court Community Food Bank. \nIn honor of the 200th Anniversary of Ottawa\, we’ll also be showing a couple of short NFB films\, displaying some historical poster boards about the neighborhood\, and creating a special temporary mural to mark the occasion.  There will be other surprises too! Don’t miss it! \nThe Riverview Park Community Association\, the lead organizer of this event to build stronger ties between neighbors\, acknowledges the financial support of the City of Ottawa and thanks its many donors and partners.
