DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place at Trinity Church of the Nazarene\, 480 Avalon Place on Wednesday October 21\, 2026 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Doors open at 6:30).   \nQ&A with Candidates for Alta Vista Ward (Ward 18) at 7:00 pm \nA revised agenda is here\, as are Draft Minutes 2025 AGM October.  Links to Reports from Directors are also posted as they are received. The President’s report will be presented at the AGM.   \nTreasurer’s Report \nSocial Committee Report \nPlanning and Development Report \nCommunications Report \nFor Board elections\, the Slate of Candidates for the 2026/27 RPCA Board is also available.  Biographies of new candidates are in the document linked above\, while the biographies of current board members are on the Board of Directors page RPCA web-site. \nThis year you can participate in person at 480 Avalon Place or join us virtually via Microsoft Teams using the link below.
