355 Everest Private

The site plan for 355 Everest Private has been approved. It will be an eight-storey building comprised of 101 units and a three storey underground parking garage with 108 parking spots. The building will be situated on the north site of Everest Private across from 374 Everest and adjacent to the existing stacked town homes.

374 Everest Private

The site plan for 374 Everest Private has been approved. It will be a ‘C’-shaped, eight-storey building comprised of 192 units and a three storey underground parking garage with 246 parking spots. The building will be situated on the south site of Everest Private across from 355 Everest and adjacent to the existing stacked town homes.

Riverview Park planning and development

There are several other developments proposed in the vicinity of these two buildings. There are projects proposed on St. Laurent between Industrial and Smyth, including two high-rise mixed-use buildings where Everest meets St. Laurent. This is where the Petro-Canada gas station and St. Hubert are currently located. In addition the redevelopment of the Elmvale Acres mall in ongoing and two further apartment buildings are planned on Othello just north of the Elmvale Acres mall.
