The City of Ottawa Office of Emergency Management and United Way East Ontario would like to invite you to the Emergency Preparedness Community Symposium on Wednesday, March 25th, 2020 at Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive, Nepean, ON from 8:00am-12:30pm.
We have partnered to host this community symposium focused on emergency preparedness and response. The goal is to connect community groups with each other and emergency management experts to share ideas, gain insight and facilitate opportunities for knowledge sharing around emergency preparedness and the operational realities of a local emergency response.
This event will highlight key resources, emergency response roles, processes, and stakeholders available to community-based groups, to assist communities with their emergency planning efforts. Attached is a copy of the agenda.
