Location: 1583 Alta Vista Drive Ward: 18 – Alta Vista Legal Description: Parcel “B”, Registered Plan 566 Zoning: LC[1505] Zoning By-law: 2008-250 PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION: The Owner wants to extend a lease, in excess of 21 years, for TDL Group Inc., (“Tim Hortons”) which occupies a one-storey building located at 1583 Alta Vista Drive. CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING: In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Long Term Lease in excess of 21 years. The subject land, shown as Parcel “B” on Plan 566, has frontages of 119 metres on Alta Vista Drive and 67 metres on Dorion Avenue, an irregular depth and contains an area of 0.83 hectares. This parcel contains the existing “Tim Hortons” restaurant and “Alta Vista Centre” Shopping Centre. The land to be leased, shown on the plan filed, will have frontages of 16 metres on Dorion Avenue and 16 metres on Alta Vista Drive, and will contain an area of 256 square metres. The lease land will contain the existing “Tim Hortons” Restaurant, drive through and associated parking. THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current applications under the Planning Act.
