Thank you for your continued interest in the redevelopment of RioCan’s Elmvale Acres Shopping Centre, located at 1910 St Laurent Boulevard. Late last year, a preliminary long-term proposal for the site was circulated, looking for modifications to the existing commercial footprint and the addition of mixed-use buildings, receiving significant feedback and interest from the community.
A Secondary Plan process is being carried out for the site, a sub-plan of the City’s Official Plan, which will outline appropriate opportunities and constraints of redevelopment. Following a presentation, participants will work in small groups to provide detailed ideas, suggestions, and concerns for consideration.
Afternoon Drop-In: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
No registration required; for those unable to attend the morning workshop.
There will be a presentation given at 2:45pm.
