The City of Ottawa is committed to ensuring that our National Capital remains a healthy and beautiful place to live. Reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions is one significant part of that commitment.
A Greenhouse Gas Roundtable event in City Hall’s Jean Pigott Place will take place on Sat. 23 March from 9 – 2 p.m. and all residents are invited to participate. The event will feature expert commentary from well-known panelists and will focus on the City of Ottawa’s current and future strategies for managing climate change through collaborative efforts to curb GHGs.
Please confirm your attendance and provide suggestions for potential discussion topics to: Enviromarch23@ottawa.ca. The deadline to book your seat at the roundtable is March 20, 2013. As space is limited, we ask that individuals register early for this event.
